By tracking indicators of well-being to see whether people are actually moving toward stability—not just whether a service was delivered—the Restore Hope model helps communities better understand what is working and where support is still needed. Real change doesn't happen because of one program. It happens when communities work together, measure what matters, and keep people at the center of the solution.
