Crystal Regalado
My name is Crystal Regalado, and I’m the 100 Families Coordinator for Drew County. I also help with the Desired Haven program on the Monticello campus, where I love getting to support families as they work toward stability and a fresh start. Before stepping into this role, I spent several years with DCFS—first as an investigator in Area 10 and later as the Investigations Supervisor in Area 7, Jefferson County. Those years really shaped my heart for helping families during some of their hardest moments.
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for 21 years, and we have three amazing kids who keep us busy in the best way. Our oldest, Molly, is a junior at UCA studying Communication Disorders. Allie is a junior at Monticello High School and lives for softball. Our youngest, Cooper, is a 6th grader at Monticello Middle School and loves playing basketball. If we’re not at the softball field with Allie, you can almost always find us at the basketball courts cheering Cooper on.
My family and I are proud members of Pauline Baptist Church here in Monticello, and we absolutely love our church and the community we’ve found there.
Grounded in faith, family, and a passion for service, I am committed to walking alongside families in Drew County as they pursue hope, stability, and a brighter future through the work I do every day with 100 Families.
