Jaimi Matlock

Jaimi Matlock serves as the Smart Justice Court Coordinator for the White County District Courts, where she has worked through Restore Hope since 2021. In her role, Jaimi is dedicated to helping participants find hope, encouragement, and grace as they overcome barriers to stability and success. She is equally passionate about shaping a justice system that truly restores lives — or, as her kids like to put it, “turning bad guys into good guys.” Jaimi lives in Beebe, Arkansas, with her husband and their eight children, where faith, family, and service remain at the heart of everything she does.
