With a wealth of experience in the field, Janet began her career working in specialty courts in Pulaski and Saline County. She then served as the State Specialty Court Coordinator for five years with the Arkansas Administrative Office of the Courts, where she refined her expertise in alternative sentencing and judicial system reform.
