Paul Chapman

Paul Chapman is the Executive Director of Restore Hope, a software and services organization that helps communities achieve better outcomes for Justice and Child Welfare efforts. He is also Executive Producer of the solutions-based media site Smart Justice. Paul and his wife Lori have five children, two through adoption.
