After 15 years of addiction, the loss of both parents, her fiancé, and even custody of her children, Chloe found herself homeless and without hope. She believed she would die in addiction. But through the support of Restore Hope and the 100 Families Initiative, Chloe rebuilt her life. Today, she is sober, reunited with her kids, and working to help other families move from crisis to stability.
